Student Reports

Student reports are given at the end of each semester by Kelsey Administration if requested by either the student or someone responsible for their language learning process. Typical student reports include the following:

  • student’s name
  • date the report was created
  • period of study covered in the report
  • student’s level (ex. 1st semester, 2nd semester, etc)
  • total class periods absent
  • total class periods officially made up
  • student’s study hours (weekly average throughout the semester)
  • student’s visit hours (weekly average through the semester)
  • church meetings attended (weekly average through the semester)
  • tests average (includes all exams except pronunciation)
  • semester grade(s)
  • KAL certificate acheived if any

If the report is given as a hard copy (paper copy), it should be stamped and signed by someone responsible in Kelsey Administration.
